My work is deeply rooted in the idea that we, as individuals, are responsible for creating change. Our actions and beliefs contribute to not only our successes, but also our suffering. I encourage clients to take a step back, to better understand their role in both, and to proceed mindfully. I utilize a variety of Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to address interpersonal conflict, overwhelming emotions, and building “a life worth living.” I am passionate about helping clients develop healthy lifestyles, communities, hobbies, and movement that aligns with and builds on their own values system.
